2011 Turkey Trot is a huge success!
Over 1,600 runners lined up to run in the 2011 Turkey Trot benefitting GraceWorks Ministries on Thanksgiving Day near CoolSprings Galleria. First, I think it was a good race and I hope it was profitable for you 1) It was way too crowded at the finish line. (2) Strollers should be in back..at least to start and 3)It’s Thanksgiving and most of want to start the day w/ a 5k but don’t want it to be our day. The awards should have been much faster. Thanks!

I really appreciated the members of our military who were there to cheer on the runners.I high-fived them and thanked them for their service. Perhaps they should get a special thanks as well!
