Ask and it shall be given to you,  seek and ye shall find.   The book of Matthew Chapter 7 verse 7  basically tells us that if we ask in the name of GOD and for GOD it will be given.  Well,  maybe that is just my  interpretation of the scripture but I believe that we are allowed to do just that.

Graceworks is a ministry supported by many people.   Whether it be for Graceworks or some other charity,  how many times are we asked,   What can I do to help?   I am sure all of us have asked that same question many times when our heart is telling us it is time to DO SOMETHING!   But what?     

A perfect example of such happened recently at Graceworks Ministries.  A donor dropped off a donation and asked what else was needed.  At the time,  we needed new twin sheets for flood victims.  She came back later that afternoon with 20 sets of sheets that she had gone out to buy.   What a blessing!

We are so blessed in this community with people who have the heart to give of themselves and their resources to help others.   From those of us at Graceworks,  we should not be afraid to ask for what we need.  When we have willing community members that ask,  we have the blessed opportunity to allow them opportunities to give.   This is a win–win for blessings given and received for all parties involved.   Graceworks is in the best place by seeing both sides.       

Graceworks currently has plenty of twin size  bedding.   The need now is for full and queen size (new) blankets and new kitchen towels.   Our flood families are getting closer to moving back into homes as the year progresses and these items are still needed.    You will be blessed for what you are able to do.
