It’s been a good day

Saturday, October 22nd, 2011

We recently got an email from the friend of a client we served: "Thank you so much for all of your help yesterday. She was able to find some nice things in the thrift store and she really appreciated the food. I wanted to tell you how wonderful the woman in client services was. She spoke to my friend and everyone else that came in, as if they were royalty. She treated them with suRead More....

“Things are going to change for me!”

Saturday, July 30th, 2011
Sometimes prayer can make all the difference in someone's outlook on life. We recently saw a client who had been laid off from her job of 2 years, and also recently lost her benefits. She was eligible for food assistance, so she received a grocery cart of food. The GraceWorker prayed with her, and when she left, said said Read More....
