POSITION SUMMARY
GraceWorks Ministries Church Development Coordinator is a full-time position who works with area churches and faith-based groups to raise financial, in-kind, and volunteer support for GraceWorks Ministries programs. This person focuses on developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with all Williamson County churches. This position analyzes individual church goals, solicits an appropriate level of financial support from each congregation, and reports back and thanks churches. In short, this person engages the faith community with the mission of GraceWorks and garners their support to further our mission.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solicit and maintain contributions equal to 15% of the total annual fundraising amount and meet increased annual goals set by Development Director.
• Create a church relations plan with the long-term goal to engage every church in Williamson County.
• Maintain up-to-date records of church communications in donor database.
• Proactively create engagement activities, events, communications, and other ideas to keep churches engaged with GraceWorks.
• Obtain and attend church and community speaking opportunities and mission fairs.
• Keep schedule of and draft text for church funding applications, reports and thank you communications.
• Maintain records of fundraising, volunteer and in-kind metrics set by Development Director for Development and Board Reports.
• Create and maintain a manual for the Church Development Coordinator position.
• Work with Development Team to plan and execute fundraising events.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree with applicable skill set such as communications, marketing, business, public relations, bible, organizational development or a related field; two years’ experience in nonprofit, sales or community outreach; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Belief in the mission of GraceWorks Ministries, strong interpersonal skills, public speaking, creative thinker, confidence to solicit, collaborative nature, self-starter; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent time-management skills, strong sense of initiative, ability to work with a team, and highly developed organizational, planning, oral and written communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Truck Driver is responsible for driving the truck to pick up furniture, food and other donations in homes, business, churches or schools as well as communicating with in-kind donors, corporate and civic community partners and coordinating their pick up time.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Driving the truck to pick up furniture, food and other donations in homes, businesses, churches or schools

2. Loading and transporting equipment and materials to and from GraceWorks sponsored events

3. Working with a partner and using appropriate moving equipment to lift heavy furniture

4. Communicating with individual in-kind donors to coordinate their pickup time on the scheduled day

5. Interacting in a professional and pleasant manner with all donors, customers, and volunteers

6. Assisting with loading and unloading of sold merchandise or donations at GraceWorks

7. Cleaning, including bathrooms, lobby, store and any other areas of GraceWorks

8. Assisting as needed in all areas of GraceWorks

9. Being able to tell the GraceWorks story to anyone who asks

10. Able to react to change productively and handle all other duties/essential tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required; Valid Driver’s License Required. CDL not required. Must be 25 years or older.

The Sales Associate is a part-time position that supports the GraceWorks Ministries’ goals, values and philosophy by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence, quality service, commitment and accountability. POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Associate will be responsible to fulfill any of the tasks to complete a sale of our donated goods from managing donations at the backdoor, to sorting and tagging donated items, replenishing merchandise, operating the cash register, organizing merchandise on the sales floor, assisting customers, and cleaning common areas.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cashier Duties:  
• Count money and place in cash register.
• Open store and operate cash register during store hours.
• Assist customers in their purchases. If they have a voucher, help them select the items that are
applicable to their voucher.
• Balance cash register and perform closing duties, including reports, at end of day.

Donation Receiving & Merchandise Processing Duties:
• Sort items according to suitability for sale and by merchandise type and price
• Clean any items that are worth selling, but need to be spruced up for sale
• Tag merchandise
• Hang clothing or place housewares or linens in proper places
• Place in store as space permits or put in tubs for storage if Processing area is full

Secondary Responsibilities: 
• Dust, straighten and stock merchandise as needed
• Change prices with permission of supervisor
• Post sales on whiteboards
• Clean dressing rooms
• Sort hangers
• Perform assigned kitchen and work area clean-up

For all positions: 
• Bring in any after-hours donations left outside & around after-hours drop-off bin.
• Able to react to change productively and handle all other duties/essential tasks as assigned.
